As far as we know, the ACA Camp at Lake Sebago will open on May 1st. Things may change, even at the last minute, so visit this page for the latest information as we get closer to that date.
One thing we know for sure – the camp will open this season! We will be boating and swimming and hiking again soon!

The ACA Camp at Lake Sebago is governed by the Camp Committee and we are looking for nominations for this year’s elections. The Camp Committee meets once a month year round and the meetings usually last at least three hours (and often more). Each Camp Committee member is expected to take on a special role in managing the camp, so this is a working position that requires a commitment of time and energy.
At our camp committee’s next meeting we’ll be voting in 5 new members. If you wish to nominate yourself or someone else, email us at email@example.com before December 13, 2019. Include a brief paragraph introducing your nominee with contact information; we’ll also need an email direct from the nominated person, accepting the nomination.
We’ll vote on new members at our next camp committee meeting – on Sunday, December 15, at noon, at the Sloatsburg Public Library meeting room.
We recommend that the nominees attend this meeting to introduce themselves. But it isn’t required.
We’re sad to say au revoir to our camp – which closes for the 2019 season today, October 15th.
But we’ll reopen on May 1st, 2020, with a full schedule of events, potlucks, races, fun for kids, and all the things that make our camp lovely, friendly and fun.

In this issue, among other news you can find links to applications for our full-season cabin and tent platform rentals, which are open to all ACA members. Applications for the 2020 season are due December 31, 2019.
We will also have weekend and short-term cabins for rent next year as usual – keep a lookout for the 2020 season application which will be available early spring, and will be announced here and by email to our season pass holders.
